With lots of audience participation, including a magical treat for the birthday child who will be invited up to perform a memorable magic trick alongside Chris.
This wonderful magical moment will consist of performing a special magical bit of fun called the Red Nose Game.
Where the birthday child assists (The Magician) Chris with making a little red nose disappear. Chris presents two red clown noses along with a clown’s hat for the birthday child to wear on their head to assist with the magic.
Chris proceeds to demonstrate what must happen with the red nose, I will take the first red nose and make it disappear he exclaims, by taking it and putting it into my pocket! Now then, this is what I would like you to do with the other, please take the nose and hold it in your hand and squeeze it tightly. If you squeeze it tight enough it will disappear.
After three the audience shouts out EEK, EEK and the birthday child is asked to open their hand to show everyone that the red nose has now disappeared.
To everyone’s amazement the birthday child has two red noses’ in their hand. The magician looks very confused by this and says, I don’t think the audience must have shouted EEK, EEK loudly enough, I’ll tell you what we shall do, I will take this nose and place it in my pocket you take the other one and hold it tight in your hand again.
Chris asks the audience to once again shout out EEK EKK even louder than before to ensure that we frighten the red nose away!
Once again, the birthday child is requested to open their hand to reveal that the red nose really has disappeared this time.
Amazingly and to Chris’s horror the birthday child seems to once again be holding two red noses with a puzzled look and not knowing what’s going wrong he examines the noses, takes one and puts it in his pocket.
